How long do I have access ?
You have access to the course for as long as the website exists. If I choose to retire/stop the company and the website ceases to exist then you will have access for at least another year from date of purchase. Otherwise you will receive a full refund.
How long is the course?
In total there is about 2 hours 30 minutes of content – they are not available for download.
What if this course doesn’t work for me?
Hopefully I have made it clear in the Introduction and Precautions sections of the website that this course sadly won’t suit everyone and there are examples (along with common sense suggestions) which should indicate scenarios which won’t benefit from the course. If, once you have purchased the course, you believe you got no benefit from it whatsoever then I am very sorry but I have tried my best. Unfortunately I cannot offer a refund on this basis. Refunds are available if there is a technical issue at my end or if there was an accidental double purchase.
